Dana, founded in 1904, is a leading supplier of fully integrated drivetrain and electrified propulsion systems for off-highway vehicles globally of fully integrated drivetrain and electrified propulsion systems for all off-road (mining, port-handling, marine, rail road, construction and agricultural) and commercial vehicles. Dana offers a full range of Spicer® transmissions and torque converters to handle applications that require 50 to 1,000 horsepower (37 to 746kW) and axles with load ratings from 545 to 65,500 Kg (1,200 to 14,400 lbs)

Dana Off-Highway Transmissions

As an authorized distributor and exclusive service centre for Dana Off-Highway Systems within the group, CEP-Holland stocks large inventory of genuine Spicer Off-Highway units and parts, with a focus on mining.

We offer a wide range of Dana Spicer transmission series, each designed with specific features and options that will fit any application, from smaller-powered equipment to severe heavy-duty machinery.

All remanufactured transmissions are dyno-tested under load conditions to ensure a long and productive working life.

Dana Spicer Powershift Transmissions

Dana Spicer Transmissions are available in three configurations:

HR Model

The HR model is an integral transmission and converter assembly mounted directly to the engine. As a single compact package, it minimizes external piping and eliminates a drive shaft.

MHR Model

The MHR model is an integral transmission and converter assembly mounted remotely from the engine. This assembly allows for installation flexibility while minimizing external piping.

R Model

The R model is a remote-mounted transmission with an engine-mounted converter. This allows for flexibility of the transmission installation.

Dana Spicer TE Series

The new Dana Spicer TE transmissions are electronically controlled transmissions, designed with the CAN-BUS interface and up to 8-speed full powershift. These state-of-the-art units are specifically engineered to improve reliability and efficiency of your application, offering a smooth operation and simplified vehicle control.

The TE family of transmissions is available for material handling, underground mining, rough terrain cranes and construction applications.

Dana Off-Highway Axles

Dana Off-Highway axles are suitable for even the hardest jobs. Available for construction, material handling, mining, and forestry machines, these components can deliver outstanding performance while ensuring exceptional durability.

Spicer OE axles, axle components and reman units offer load ratings from 1,200 to 140,000 lbs.

Dana Spicer Material Handling and Mining Equipment Axles

Dana offers a broad selection of Spicer® axles for material handling and mining vehicles with load ratings up to 65,500 kg (144,400 lbs). Dana’s axles are designed with Spicer Smart Suite technology, an integrated system that gathers and analyzes data from the drivetrain to enhance productivity, improve safety and reduce operational costs.

Dana Spicer axles are available to fit mining trucks, mining load haul dumpers, drill carriers, teleboom handlers and many other applications.

Dana Off-Highway Torque Converters

As an authorized distributor and service center, within the group for Dana Off-Highway, CEP-Holland, offers an extensive inventory of new and remanufactured Dana Spicer torque converters. These units, combined with the applicable transmissions, can provide high-quality operation for applications such as mining, forestry, construction, material handling and oilfield.

Dana Spicer torque converters feature 36 torque converter wheel configurations with at least three pump drives and different stall torque ratios to match most engine requirements. All components are remanufactured under rigorous quality control standards and are backed up by the same warranty as the manufacturer.

Dana Off-Highway Transfer Cases

As an authorized distributor and service center, within the group for Dana Off-Highway Systems, The Gear Centre Off-Highway Division stocks the largest inventory of genuine Spicer units and parts in Canada.

We carry heavy duty single-speed Dana Spicer transfer cases commonly found in oilfield applications, logging fleets, agriculture and snowplow vehicles.

Conventionally geared in a 1:1 ratio, these units feature several possible configurations, with optional front-wheel disconnect, and are available in manual or air.
